Nutrition Fact Of Mung Beans Sprouts or Micro Green Sprout

As I learned about mung beans sprout and its nutrition value, I was super surprised! Mung bean sprouts have low content of calories with rich nutrients such as Vitamin K, copper, iron, Vitamins.

How to Sprout your Green Mung Beans EASY in just four steps:

  1. Soak them in water for 12 to 18 hours or overnight. As shown below in image

2. Drain them to a colander & cover it will cloth. Place your Colander into the darker place, next day your mung bean will start germinating and you will see sprouting. Show below in an image.

3. Wash the beans with filter water for two times in a day and drain it properly, repeat this for 3 days and you will see the sprout has left the skin and it has grown bigger in size and crispy. It taste sweet and you can use them in Salads or any dishes to increase the nutrition value of your recipe.

Sprout Salad Recipe Available ingredients in Your Kitchen :

  1. Corns
  2. Mung Sprout
  3. Olives
  4. Bell Pepper
  5. Gooseberries (Amla)
  6. Lemon
  7. Chaat Masala
  8. Salt for taste
  9. Available lettuce

Mix all the table content together and eat Yum Yum Yum Easy in 10 mins time. You may use any salad dressing you like it for better taste.
